After confirming your booking, the manager will send you a link to online payment. We take 100% advance payment for the recording to reserve the time of our specialist.

If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before the recording, we will refund your money. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days, but more than one day before the recording, we will refund half of the amount.

Reservations are considered valid only after making a prepayment.
All additional services can be paid directly to Kooperativ front desk via the terminal.

File transfer and storage:

• The finished materials are uploaded to the cloud storage, where they are stored for 1 week after the recording.
• Files are stored on the studio's hard drives for 2 weeks after recording.

Additional services:

• Additional video editing (cutting, color correction).
• Help with the script and launch (we involve partners).
